To ensure participants match the specified criteria, Code 3 conducts a rigorous screening process tailored to each individual client and project.

All potential respondents undergo a detailed screening process to ensure they match the user profile. All candidates are then thoroughly interviewed, double-checking questionnaire answers and database information is accurate, as well as assessing both their articulateness and their commitment/enthusiasm about taking part in your project.

As well as Recruitment we also offer our clients a professional screener writing service. We will prepare a screener for you to approve and forward to your client for sign off. Screeners are the key vehicle for the recruitment of suitable participants for research projects. We recognise that if a screener is poorly constructed, imprecise, or unclear in any way, this can lead to significant problems later down the line. For example, it may lead to wrongly recruited users; unsuitable demographics; and in many other ways can lead to serious problems for Researchers in their capacity to provide apposite research for clients.
