Who are Code 3 Research?
Code 3 Research was launched in May 2010 by a team of market research professionals but who or what are we?
To our Clients – We are experienced resources, we take care of all aspects of participant recruitment including Project Management letting our clients focus on other areas of their job. We communicate with our clients throughout all stages of a project to ensure that any issues are dealt with swiftly and smoothly. Clients can relax safe in the knowledge that recruitment and scheduling is being taken care of by our capable team.

To our Members – we provide the opportunity to take part in market research events in your local area or online. Our members are paid as a thank you for taking part in an event, typically earning £40 to £50 for a 90 minute to 2 hour focus group, although this can often be more depending upon the client and project.
Whilst we don’t offer a regular source of income, we might be able to help you buy that one off extra luxury every few months! Generally, participants can only take part in a face to face market research event once in a six month period, although, there are often other opportunities to get involved by taking part in online events or even getting paid to refer your friends and family for our projects.

Carmel Dennison, Director – Carmel has worked in Market Research recruitment since 2006, having previously worked for several years for two large Multinational Professional Services companies. A mum of two girls, in her rare 'spare' time Carmel is a keen lover of music, especially Old Skool Soul and Motown and is also a ‘reluctant' jogger. She can often be found pounding the streets of Nottingham with her headphones firmly in place!

David Dennison, Director – David has worked in Market Research recruitment since 2008, having previously worked for 8 years for a Financial Trading Company. Father of two David has been a keen Sportsman for many years, in particular enjoying playing tennis and football. David is a a self confessed ‘Telly addict’ and a film buff…..don’t get him started on the merits of 12 Angry men!
David is mainly responsible for …..Database Administration, Accounts, General Enquiries.
Beata Hughes, Project Manager – Beata (or Bea as she is known to her friends) came to Code 3 Research having left the bright lights of London with bags of experience in Market Research recruitment. Whilst in London she worked as a participant recruitment manager for a leading user experience (UX) research and design consultancy for nearly seven years. She joined forces with Carmel early this year. Also a mum of two, Bea loves the outdoors, natural places and wildlife, and most of her free time is spent on walks with family. When living in Japan, she climbed Mount Fuji drinking sake which she soon realised wasn't a good idea! With her feet firmly back on the ground in her hometown of Leicester, Bea is now relishing working as part of the Code 3 team. She is your go-to contact for all things related to participant profiling; screening; and the more general nitty gritty of getting precisely the right people to the right place at the right time.
Beata is mainly responsible for Recruitment, Project Management, Screener writing.
We are supported by our friendly, professional team of Participant Bookers who have been trained to analyse the responses from our surveys and rescreen participants over the telephone.
